During lockdown I'm sure everyone has had plenty of time to catch up on their reading. Mia and her dog Buddy have particularly enjoyed 'Slime' by David Walliams. 

 

“I liked the characters in this book and it is very funny. My favourite chapter is ‘Gunk’ where Ned creates slime. I would recommend this to other children. I really like the bright cover and the illustrations. I like that the awful adults got paid back for all the bad things they did in the book! I also liked looking at the map of the Isle of Mulch, and looking at the ingredients that Ned used to make Slime! I would like to have a Slime to help me sometimes!”
