Over the past 3 weeks, Year 5 have been lucky enough the visit Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy to experience some secondary school Science lessons from Mr Hausley. Linked to our topic of properties and changes of materials, the children showed their knowledge of solids, liquids and gases, looked at physical and chemical changes, made ice-cream from scratch and even made some elephant toothpaste! The children were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed it - as you can see from their faces!
