On Friday 5th May, Primrose Class took part in their very own coronation, in honour of King Charles' special day!
First, we paraded around school, behind our own 'King Charles', before entering 'Westminster Abbey', Pomp and Circumstance by Elgar blasting out in the background.
Our King was presented to the four corners of the globe, before being anointed, as Zadoc the Priest played. The King was then invested, receiving the orb, sceptre and ring, before kneeling for the crown, as the admiring crowd chanted 'God save the King!'
We then paraded around school again, with our newly crowned King! Fabulous fun!
